On July 11, 2008 at the Annual Big Summer Fling Event hosted in Cranberry, PA, Silver Ring Thing celebrated the 100,000th ring received by a student worldwide!! Congratulations to 15-year old Emily Fritz of Imperial, PA who was the ring recipient for this momentous occasion.

Silver Ring Thing Founder and President, Denny Pattyn, presented the ring and SRT Abstinence Study Bible courtesy of SRT.  Friends, family, community leaders, pastors, SRT staff, and others gathered on the stage to pray for Emily and the thousands of students before her who have made an abstinence decision, along with the thousands yet to make this same commitment.

Please remember to continually pray for these students who are boldly stepping out through a decision that is so counter-culture.  They continually need your support and encouragement to stand up for what is right.
